AAR JAYACONTRACTOR · EST. 1997
AAR JAYA CONTRACTOR has kept factories, facilities and grounds running across Malaysia since 1997 — commercial cleaning, landscaping, and dependable labor supply, delivered by trained crews who see the job through.
Nearly three decades of contracts started, staffed and finished.
Founded in Melaka as ANS Contractor Sdn Bhd to serve the region's growing manufacturing sector with dependable site labor.
Expanded into commercial cleaning and clean-room servicing for multinational factories.
Added landscaping, grounds maintenance and heavy vehicle operation to the offering.
Rebranded from ANS Contractor Sdn Bhd to AAR JAYA CONTRACTOR, carrying the same track record into a nationwide chapter.
A nationwide facility and workforce partner, deploying crews across Malaysia from contract start to completion.
Founded in 1997 as ANS Contractor Sdn Bhd, the company spent nearly three decades building a reputation across Melaka before rebranding in 2024 as AAR JAYA CONTRACTOR — same team, same track record, now serving clients nationwide. Our name carries two colors for a reason: the blue of a company clients can rely on, and the green of one still growing.
We carry contracts from the first walkthrough to the final sign-off — cleaning, landscaping, loading, and labor supply, executed by staff who've trained inside the multinational facilities they now serve. Every crew member is briefed on-site, every job scoped before a single tool is picked up.
To keep Malaysia's factories, facilities and grounds running at their best — by supplying trained, accountable crews who treat every site like it's their own.
To be the workforce and facility partner every serious operation in Malaysia calls first — from a single clean-up job to a standing nationwide contract.
From the factory floor to the front lawn, one point of contact manages the crew, the schedule and the outcome.
Daily janitorial, industrial cleaning and specialized clean-room servicing for manufacturing floors, retail and corporate premises.
Polishing, grinding and upkeep programs that protect stone and hard flooring across commercial and industrial buildings.
Grass cutting, planting and routine grounds upkeep that keeps compounds and business frontage presentable year-round.
Vetted, trained manpower supplied to factories on flexible terms, scaled up or down against your production schedule.
Trained crews for container loading, unloading and general warehouse handling, coordinated around your dock schedule.
Licensed operators for forklifts and heavy site vehicles, deployed as part of a supervised on-site crew.
The same four-step path, whether it's a one-off clean-up or a standing labor contract.
We scope the site, the scale of work and the manpower or schedule it needs.
A clear quote covering labor, equipment and timeline — no hidden line items.
Trained staff and supervisors are assigned and briefed before day one on-site.
We stay accountable through to sign-off, with ongoing contracts reviewed regularly.
